It depends on the client because each has different needs. Please allow for approximately 3 hours. It is best to plan on dropping them off and we will call you when they are ready for pick up.
How long does it take to groom my dog?
We have crate free areas for your pet to relax. The only time that we will use a crate is if and when they will be dried with the Turbo Dryer or if it is for their own safety and security.
We prefer that you don't wait. Our waiting area is dedicated to our four legged clients. For new customers who are just not comfortable leaving their pets the first time, we can arrange to make your pet the last appointment of the day so you can stay with them.
Will my dog be crated?
May I stay with my dog while he is being groomed?
Do you sell pet products?
No, we are not a petstore. Our focus is only on your pets. Customers coming in and out all day would just spoil their spa day.
Do you walk my dog?
No, we do not walk your dog. We have a fenced in backyard for them to stretch their legs and relieve themselves.
